Gribia with almonds
Amounts
Peeled and boiled and crushed almonds,
Little black pepper
Few yeast
3 yellows eggs and one complete egg
250 g castor sugar
2 spoons of lemon peel husked To decorate
Castor sugar and a special template.
Preparation
In a large pot put almonds + black pepper + yeast +250 g castor sugar + lemon peel, and then collect all with eggs.
Make balls in the size of apricot with the mix, soaking in sugar and decorate with the template, or by pressing a knife to decorate the form of a flower. Cook in the oven with medium heat.
