The roses
Amounts:
Dough:
4 kg flour,
butter 1 kg,
1 kg of water + flowers water,
little of salt.
Fillers:
3 kg of almonds crushed,
1 kg castor sugar,
lemon peel,
flowers water.
How to prepare:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt and butter melt. put the water gradually to obtain a homogeneous dough ,let rest.
make the fillers with amounts mentioned above.
Make the dough to the thickness of 2 mm.
Cut 4 circles and place one over the other.









Put a small amount of fillers in the middle,









then roll up one fold and press , and Turn Helically, and then paste with blanks eggs.










After cooking; diving in the honey, then sprayed the pistachios.

Note: You can accomplish this flowers by coloring the dough or by spraying the dough with Sprayer.
